Baked a cheesecake today. Main ingredient is using philadelphia cream cheese. Quite expensive as the cream cheese alone costs me RM 11 already..
So this is the outcome after baking.
I would say i give myself 3.5 rating out of 5 la. There is still room for improvement for the cheesecake. This is the first time i bake cheesecake leh. As for butter cake, i had baked many times already so of course it will taste better. (Butter cake rating 4.5 out of 5 according to many people's feedback ^^)
Asked my family members for some comments for the cheesecake, they said it was quite good for a first time baker like me.. Hahaha. Wait next until time when i bake another one, i'll let you all be my guinea pig yea.. Hahahaha!!
